specifications or special needs and special orders made to orders items, a
deposit of ½ of the anticipated total cost is required to begin work. When a
decision is made to make the Confirmed orders , we have to pay for the time and
labor of master craftsmen + the Raw Materials on these items. The cost of
changes in design or modifications once a piece is begun lies fully with the
client and those costs are nonrefundable and will be added to the final cost of
the piece. Therefore, full refund of the purchase price will not be given on
any items of the Gemstones or Jewelry or Imitation Stones you have purchased or
already own. Any partial refund given due to dissatisfaction with design or
workmanship will be limited to amounts over and above costs of incurred
materials and labor. Damaged items or items worked on by another jeweler are
not refundable for any reason.

restocking fee. All
